Lorraine Ben
Lorraine Ben is the Chief Executive for Lockheed Martin Canada since June 2019.
Lorraine rejoined Lockheed Martin Canada in August 2015 as Director of Business
Development and Strategy as part of the Lockheed Martin International team. In this role, she was responsible for the development and execution of strategies to grow the business and strengthen customer relationships.
Under her leadership, Lockheed Martin Canada is responsible for delivering on country-specific strategies, maintaining and strengthening strategic customer and partner relationships. As the corporations in-country lead, Lorraine facilitates access to Lockheed Martin’s broad portfolio of products and technologies to help Canada address its security and defence challenges.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin Canada in 2015, she served in a variety of Business
Development Executive roles with Lockheed Martin in Owego New York, TELUS, Accenture and IBM.
Lorraine graduated from Laurentian University with a bachelor’s degree in English/Law.

As Chief Executive, Lorraine works to support women at Lockheed Martin Canada and more broadly by encouraging youth to realize their potential and opportunity.
Through Lorraine’s leadership and work with the Federal Government, Lockheed Martin Canada, and their affiliates, are recognized as an essential service. As such, Lorraine and her team created an environment of safety and support in collaboration with their internal and external partners, which included enhanced protocols for those continuing to work onsite and considerations for those managing child and family care.
Throughout COVID-19, Lockheed Martin Canada continued to hire which included their student co-op program. Lockheed Martin has been a strong supporter of the military and veterans, and other community initiatives like the Kids Help Phone and True Patriot Love, giving military children a unique access for crisis support, as well as support for Foodbank’s Canada.
Lockheed Martin Canada is committed to supply chain partners with an emphasis on partnership, communication, mutual support, and positive impact.
