Topic: Women Sharing Communication Biases From Different Perspectives, Age, Experience And Circumstance
We all hold communication biases. Some serve us, some hold us back, some are irrational, some are learned early in our lives, some are cultural, some are gender based, and some develop as we experience life.
Then we must ask ourselves, what biases will we create while we are faced with virtual and digital communication versus in person? Could some biases change? Or could we create new ones?
During this WiSC and Wine event, we are going to explore communication biases. The event will dovetail from the event ‘Master, Lead, and Triumph’ which WiSC hosted on January 29, 2020. How can we create change and opportunity for ourselves and others if we do not discuss the challenges?
5:30 PM – Welcome from Cindy Clark, President, WiSC Association, Introduction of the guests. 5:45 PM – Questions and Conversation amongst the guests. Questions will be taken from the audience during the conversations . 7:20 PM– Wrap up event with closing remarks 7:30 PM – Webinar Ends
